Early settlers, farmers, and suffragists; American Gas Machine Company and Wilsons Company; tornadoes and flooding; celebrities; and, military, Civil War to Vietnam. These are the stories told at the Freeborn County Historical Museum. The museum has more than 15,000 artifacts related to the history of Freeborn County. We use these collections items in exhibits, programs, events, and make them available to researchers. If you are interested in donating an artifact to FCHM, please visit the Donate page.
